Laura Beth - Founder and CEO
Laura Beth is the owner and visionary of Artistry by LB. She specializes in luxury blonding and dimensional color. Her passion for the beauty industry started when she was seven years old playing in her grandmother's salon.
LB attended college in Kansas City before graduating from beauty school in 2014. Immediately after, she started her career as a stylist. After working in commission salons and booth renting, she took space in a local salon suite and started her own business; Laura Beth Artistry.
Over the years, Laura Beth's notoriety and clientele grew. When her salon was shut down during the COVID 19 pandemic, she made the bold decision to rebrand and build the salon of her dreams. She achieved her goals in January 2021 with the opening of her eight-chair salon - Artistry by LB - in the heart of Kansas City's River Market.
Laura Beth has also expanded her clientele to Los Angeles where she styles celebrities for a variety of content shoots, award shows, and red carpets. She has assisted on the styling team for Bethenny Frankel, Madison Beer, and Iggy Azalea. Laura Beth styled wigs for Cardi B’s team at the 2021 Grammy Awards. Her work has been featured in People magazine among other media outlets.

Kaitlin - Stylist
Kaitlin grew up in Kansas City and graduated from Northwest Missouri State with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. After working in the Corporate world, she quickly realized the cosmetology industry is where she really belonged. In 2015 she graduated from Paul Mitchell the School.
A specialist in creating beautiful blondes and really all color services, Kaitlin is certified with Bellami hair extensions and offers sew-ins and KTips.
When she’s not busy making others feel beautiful you can find her relaxing with her baby boy(dog) Bruno, sipping a nice glass of wine, enjoying time with family and friends, or traveling!

Dalton - Stylist
Dalton is a Kansas City native who has always had a passion for beauty. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Dalton was voted ‘Best Hair Stylist in Kansas City” by Kansas City Magazine in 2021.
Dalton specializes in multi-dimensional blondes, men’s haircutting, and does a lot wedding styling both here in KC as well as destination locations.
Outside of the salon, Dalton loves to go out socially with friends, attend Chief’s games, host events, and binge Housewives on Bravo. You can also catch a glimpse of him on Netflix’s Queer Eye when they filmed here in Kansas City!

Chloe - Stylist
Chloe will be assisting LB as well as accepting new clients! This free-spirited babe is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School and is originally from Pleasanton, Kansas.
When Chloe isn’t behind the chair she is adoring over her sweet baby girl!

Monica - Stylist
Monica is a color specialist with a passion for curly hair. She has been in the hair industry for over fifteen years and has had the privilege of learning from and working beside some of the greats. She began her career as a stylist in Dallas, but styled for shoots in LA and DC and before returning to her hometown here in KC. She enjoys major transformations; helping women enhance and embrace what they are naturally born with.
